From the brief to the finished detail.
A residential space needs an execution plan that connects its owner’s needs with site conditions and the selected materials. We begin by surveying the unit and discussing the intended finish and available budget, then define the required work, sequence and coordination for each item. Depending on the agreement between the company and the customer, the scope may include surfaces, flooring, painting, fittings, doors and aluminium work; these items are not automatically assumed to be included in every quotation. Samples, specifications and the programme are reviewed before execution, with coordination across stages and interfaces between trades. At handover, items are reviewed against the approved scope and agreed observations are recorded, keeping the journey from an initial idea to a finished space clear and well communicated.
