FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers to help you get started.
About our services, quotations, materials and request follow-up.
How do I request a quotation?
Choose a service and submit your contact details and project brief on the quotation page. You may attach a photo or drawing and keep your reference number for follow-up. You can also reach us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
Can you coordinate several services for the same project?
You can discuss multiple services in one enquiry, such as aluminium works alongside kitchens or finishes. The scope, interfaces and schedule are agreed before the quotation is approved.
Are products made to measure?
Dimensions and site requirements are checked before manufacturing details are approved. Available materials, finishes, layouts and accessories are defined in the agreed design and quotation.
What determines the project cost?
Cost depends on dimensions, systems, materials, accessories, site conditions and installation scope. A quotation follows the project brief, and some projects require a survey before a final price can be prepared.
How long will the work take?
Timing varies with project size, site readiness and material availability. Milestones and dates are agreed in the quotation or contract rather than assuming one timeline fits every project.
Are the displayed images completed company projects?
The current images are labelled as illustrative service and design inspiration. They do not document work completed by the company. Actual company projects can be added separately when approved photos and details are available.
How do I follow up or submit feedback?
Use the customer care form, choose follow-up or complaint, and include your reference and details. You can also share the reference on WhatsApp to contact us directly.
Which attachments can I submit?
Customer request forms accept one PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 5 MB. Career applications require a PDF CV up to 5 MB. Please avoid passwords, identity documents or financial information that is not needed for the project.
